The November 2021 elementary student of the month at Ignite Christian Academy (ICA) is Kaleb Johnston, a 6th grade student from eastern Idaho. In his second year at ICA, Kaleb is an A student who is appreciated by his teachers because of the effort he shows his teachers daily in his schoolwork.
“He is a hard worker and always does his best,” wrote elementary teacher Alyssa Sullivan. “He reads through the lessons carefully, and he has a positive attitude!”
When I Started at ICA
I’ve been a student at ICA since 5th grade.
Why I Love ICA
I’m not on a schedule, so I can do anything whenever I want. For example, I can take a day off if I need to, and it won’t affect me much, especially if I’m ahead.
My Favorite Subject
My favorite subject is Bible because it’s fun and interesting.
My Life in Idaho
I enjoy the mountains. My family goes camping there every other week.
My Family
I have a younger sister who is 10 years old and a younger brother who is 6. We like playing and doing competitions like Floor Is Lava and Last to Leave.
My Hobbies
I like to build forts and play Minecraft with my brother and sister.
My Dream Job
I would choose to be a programmer because my mom and dad work with computers and I like coding.
My Words of Wisdom
Work hard and don’t get behind. It is really hard to get caught back up. If you can, get ahead, because then if you need a day off, you can afford to take it off.
