Having been involved in education for 20 years, there are moments of sweetness and sadness that come to my mind at the end of each school year. As my first class of 5th grade students left my classroom, I found myself sobbing over the "loss" of such an incredible bunch of students. On May 6, 14 seniors and their families gathered in Texas to celebrate their graduation from ICA. The celebration started the day before when some of the seniors went to the Dallas World Aquarium for the Day Away. On this trip, the seniors saw a variety of animals including sloths, otters, birds, snakes, and fish. They even were able to see the sharks at feeding time. [Read more…]

In her sophomore year at Ignite Christian Academy, Micah Dunkleberger shows that she has what it takes to compete at the state level. After placing second in her district, Micah went on to place first in the Physical Science Senior Division at the Oklahoma State Science Fair.
