About Me
I’m originally from Gilbert, South Carolina, and I currently live in Columbia, South Carolina. I have taught all aspects of high school English. I have a white Pomeranian named Harper Lee who has so much sass! In my free time, I love to travel, cook, and curl up with a good book.
Favorite Verse
One of my favorite Bible verses is Psalm 66:10, “For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver is refined by fire.” I love this verse because it reminds me that sometimes the Lord has to turn up the “heat” to truly refine us into the people He has called us to be.
First Job
I worked in a dog grooming parlor as the dog bather.
Hobbies
I love to exercise, cook, read, and travel.
Bucket List Item
Traveling is a huge part of my bucket list! I’ve never been to Eastern Europe, and I’m dying to go!
Favorite Place
I think Italy and Greece are my favorites so far.
People I’d Like to Meet
I would want to meet some of my favorite authors! Narrowing it down to just one person is way too difficult! Edgar Allan Poe, Harper Lee, Liv Constantine, and Shakespeare all would be so interesting!
