Motivation is a good thing, right? Motivation helps answer questions like “Why do we get things done?” and “Why do we choose to engage in one activity over others?” Essentially, motivation is having a reason to accomplish something. Because it is a primary driver that leads to success, let’s take a moment to learn a little more about motivation as it relates to coursework, learning, and day-to-day life.
Folds of Honor Scholarships Help Military Families Attend ICA
Ignite Christian Academy is pleased to share that we honor scholarships from Folds of Honor, a nonprofit organization that awards scholarships to children of those killed or disabled in military service.

Fall Semester MAP Testing Begins August 17
Achievement testing season is in full swing at Ignite Christian Academy!
ICA uses the Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) test through the Northwest Evaluation Association for our achievement testing. The MAP test is a computerized, adaptive test with three sections: language arts, reading, and math. This year we are utilizing a version of the MAP test that is not aligned to the Common Core State Standards.
