Students Spread Christmas Cheer with Sparkle Boxes
Along with all of the festive games and activities that were planned for the ICA Christmas party, this year the elementary department also included the story The Sparkle Box by Jill Hardie. As the main character, Sam, anxiously awaits Christmas, his mother records the good deeds he completes throughout the season and adds them to the sparkle box. 2014 Graduation Ceremony Locations Announced
Ignite Christian Academy students may now register for the 2014 graduation ceremonies. The regional ceremonies will take place in Allen, Texas, on Friday, May 2, and Winter Park, Florida, on Friday, June 6. Both ceremonies are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
Each graduation event includes a traditional cap and gown ceremony, an address to the graduates, and the presentation of diplomas. The regional ceremonies are followed by a reception for the graduates and their guests.
Students who are unable to attend a traditional ceremony can choose to participate in ICA's virtual graduation at 2 p.m. (CT) on Friday, May 23. [Read more…]
