In celebration of Flag Day on June 14, the elementary department held an online class that took a closer look at the history of the American flag. The class also dissected the "The Pledge of Allegiance" as a poem to take a closer look at what the words actually mean.

Jenna Sousa came to Ignite Christian Academy in August of 2011 so she could further her singing career by continuing her schooling at home. Jenna and her family chose ICA, and they are enjoying that she is able to study a great curriculum while still being able to do her music.

Over 200 gathered to honor 16 Ignite Christian Academy graduates on May 4 in Arlington, Texas.

The celebration began in the morning as eight graduates accompanied by parents and families met at the Dallas World Aquarium for the "Day Away" event. During this trip students met their classmates while taking in all the animals. [Read more…]
