Designed for students in grades 9- 12, Career Management helps ICA students improve important career skills that apply to a variety of occupations. Specific skills that are refined during the semester-long course include communication, leadership, decision making, problem solving, goal setting, and time management skills. Like all Ignitia courses, Career Management is taught from a Christian worldview that is supported by Scripture.
