Ignite Seminar at Ignite Christian Academy prepares all learners to fully understand the story of Scripture, themselves, and how to be successful at an online school. This required course equips students as young Christian leaders, while focusing on motivation, organization, study skills, and test taking strategies. The class also approaches how students can affirm their identities in Christ, as well as manage stress and anxiety.

First semester topics include understanding a biblical worldview and the relevance of Christian education. It also explores how students learn successfully through their unique personalities and learning styles. The second semester is a comprehensive look at the study of Scripture from basic Bible doctrine, the centrality of Jesus, and how to grow as a follower of Christ. Students also learn to defend their faith and share the Good News with those who have not had the opportunity to accept Christ as Lord.

Additional Details
*Completion of this full-year course is required for all high school students for the 2021-22 school year. Beginning in the 2022-23 school year, this course will be required for all 9th grade students and those new to Ignite Christian Academy.
