Introduction to Careers in Architecture and Construction studies responsibilities in the construction industry unique factors that impact projects.
Learn about the planning that goes into construction projects before they begin! In Introduction to Careers in Architecture and Construction, students in grades 11-12 learn about residential and commercial construction, green developments, zoning, urban sprawl, construction site safety, and visualization and design of construction projects.
By the end of the semester-long course, students gain an understanding of the responsibilities in the industry, as well as the unique factors that impact each individual construction project.
