Students gain understanding of constitutional principles and the amendments and how they apply to everyday life.
Ideal for high school students who wish to better understand the supreme law of the United States, this online academy elective examines the weakness of the Articles of Confederation, the meetings of the Constitutional Convention, the struggles of ratification, the articles and the outlining of the U.S. branches of government, and the ever-changing nature and future of the U.S. Constitution. Each unit of the course contains quizzes and a test to evaluate progress and student mastery. Projects are included.
