Every year in the United States, the first full week of May is devoted to showing teachers how much they mean. National Teacher Appreciation Week is an opportunity for students to let their teachers know how much they impact student success.
The teachers at Ignite Christian Academy do a lot of great things to help students each week. They answer student questions and assist with projects on a daily basis. Teachers host online office hours to provide live, visual instruction. Additionally, they host online classrooms that focus on key concepts and encourage students to work together. At ICA, the teachers are the ones who organize extra activities, such as French Club and Book Club. They reach out to students to provide assistance, and present wonderful opportunities for students to grow and learn at ICA. Use this week to show appreciation for all that your teachers do.
How can you show gratitude to your teacher at Ignite Christian Academy? The best way is to let them know that you are thankful for the work they do each day. Send each of your teachers a quick message just to say thank you. You could do that by sending a message in Ignitia, Switched-On Schoolhouse, or in an email. Whichever method you choose, just be sure to let your teachers know that the work they do is appreciated.
